FAQs

A few questions. Clear answers.

Understand how we work and where to begin.

Still have a question?

Tell us about your priority and our team will get back to you.

Talk to us
How is a GCC Cohort different from a GCC?

A GCC establishes a broader, lasting capability center. A GCC Cohort is a small, dedicated team assembled around a specific mission and embedded alongside the client’s people. The choice depends on the scope and capability you want to build.

Does the GCC Cohort eventually become part of our organization?

Yes. The cohort starts as an embedded team working alongside your people and eventually becomes part of your organization. The transition, responsibilities and arrangements are agreed for the engagement.

Can you work with our existing GCC?

Yes. We can help an existing GCC develop AI engineering capability, connect AI workflows to enterprise systems, strengthen governance and build internal expertise through shared delivery.

What does Advisory include?

Advisory brings senior technology and product leadership into key decisions. It can include fractional CXO support, AI and technology roadmaps, architecture reviews, product direction and transformation guidance, with an agreed focus and cadence.

How does MASIVIQ Foundry support the work?

Foundry provides reusable AI, data, integration and governance foundations, including reference components, templates and evaluation frameworks. These support delivery and ongoing improvement while teams focus on the workflows specific to your business.

How is BOTTS applied?

Build, Operate, Transform, Transfer and Sustain provide an approach to developing capability and supporting its ownership over time. The stages and responsibilities are shaped to the engagement. Sustain can continue through Foundry, reusable frameworks and an agreed support relationship.

Who owns the platform, data and business workflows?

Your organization controls its platform, data and business workflows. MASIVIQ retains its reusable framework IP. Applicable rights, transition responsibilities and support arrangements are defined in the engagement agreement.

How do we start an engagement?

Tell us your business priority and the outcome you want to achieve. Together, we shape the scope, team and working rhythm across GCC setup, AI capability in an existing GCC, modernization and transformation, product incubation, or fractional CXO advisory.
